Launched by London mum, Francophile, and canal boat-dweller Clio Wood, together with Caroline Bragg, personal trainer extraordinaire and studio instructor at Frame Shoreditch, &Breathe Postnatal retreat is designed to cater for the whole family (that’s one or two parents, along with baby up to 18 months old, plus a toddler up to the age of five). Described as “the perfect getaway to give mum some time for herself – and get back in touch with her postnatal body – while dad and baby sneak in some precious bonding moments”, Caroline – who is fully-trained in pre- and post-natal exercise – is on-hand to provide everything from cardio and toning to pilates and massages for mum (and dad).
