Attention art lovers: with its plethora of art, the Affordable Art Fair is getting ready to roll into town again. From 12 – 15 March, 112 galleries will set out their stalls in London’s Battersea, and everyone is welcome. Choice is not a problem – although making a decision might be: there will be original art for sale from over 1,100 artists (including – at the more expensive end of the spectrum – the decaying interior of John Costa’s photographic print Old Car at Palma Artea, £1,200, above). The whole point of the fair is that art is accessible, so there will be plenty of pieces for less than £100. Expect carefully curated, concept-led galleries, as well as tours and talks, and creative workshops for adults and children.
